JD's Shrimp Hawaiian:
Ingredients:
8 medium peeled, deveined shrimp, cut lengthwise in half to the tail
2 tablespoons butter
1 red bell pepper, julienned
2 fresh green chile peppers, julienned
½ cup canned crushed pineapple
1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
¼ teaspoon white pepper
dash of salt

Cooking Instructions:
Saute the shrimp in butter until almost cooked. Then add the red and green peppers and saute for 4 more minutes. Add the pineapple, teriyaki sauce, salt and pepper and bring to a simmer. Serve on brown rice and garnish with chopped parsley.
